Topic: Type Helps Inform Your “Best-Fit” Career

When you understand your type preferences, you can approach your own work and career selection in a manner that best suits your style.  For career selection, unsurprisingly, individuals tend to enjoy certain jobs more than others. This happens when the demands of a job match the preferences of type.

As you are job searching, knowledge of type can also be helpful in understanding what potential employers and co-workers need from you, especially how they best like to learn about you, how they like to interact during the process of gathering information and making decisions.

In this workshop you will:

  • Become acquainted with the 16 personality types
  • Be introduced to type and career choices/work styles
  • Learn how to find your “best fit” career
