I have not been posting networking events for each week and I am going to try and get back to doing that regularly.

In this presentation, David Longstreet will show how it was debt that drove up housing values and the stock markets. In his presentation, he will include some economic trends for the nation and Kansas City area.
David Longstreet is a consultant with clients in every corner of the globe. His ideas are persuasive and thought provoking; yet, he maintains the perfect mix of educator and entertainer. Anyone who has attended one of his presentations, training courses, or conferences knows he is as much a storyteller as a consultant.
David blends his practical experience with academic research. He conducts research with several universities; is a member of the Academy of Management, as well as the American Economic Society; and has written numerous articles and two books. He reviews papers for several academic conferences, and he is an adjunct professor of graduate level economics and statistics in both the business and psychology departments at Avila University.

The Olathe Chamber of Commerce is taking steps to help connect job seekers and employers who are hiring. To that end, the Chamber is doing the following in a program initiated by the Chairman´s Liaison Committee:
- Providing networking opportunities at Chamber coffees at a special sign-up area so job hunters and employers can meet.
